Cheesy meatloaf perfect for sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch Italian seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, mix together beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season generously with salt and black pepper, then transfer the mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until fully cooked, approximately 30 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
