Salmon and rotini pasta baked in creamy Alfredo sauce for a cheesy, family-friendly delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 (6 ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), then warm Alfredo sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Place the salmon in a baking dish and drizzle with a zesty mixture of lemon juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with basil and parsley for a burst of fresh flavors.
  • Bake salmon in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until easily flaked with a fork. Then, remove from oven and break into bite-sized pieces.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook rotini until perfectly al dente, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
  • Combine the salmon, pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl, gently mixing them together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
