Savor a flavorful ranch cereal snack.
Ingredients:
- 9 cups Corn Chex™, Rice Chex™ or Wheat Chex™ cereal (or combination)
- 2 cups bite-size pretzel twists
- 2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Combine the cereal, pretzels, and crackers in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave butter in a small bowl until melted. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly. Add dressing mix and cheese, and stir until everything is well coated.
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool before storing in an airtight container.
