Creamy lasagna with bacon, spinach, and gooey cheeses layered between noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package lasagna noodles
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup creamed cottage cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Boil a pot of lightly salted water. Cook lasagna pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a spacious skillet, sizzle up the bacon until perfectly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside. Follow package instructions to cook the spinach and make sure to drain well.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in the eggs until fluffy. Fold in provolone cheese, cottage cheese, bacon, and garlic powder. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the lasagna noodles, followed by half of the cheese mixture and spinach. Repeat with remaining noodles, spinach, and cheese.
  • Bake in a hot oven, covered, for 30 minutes or until warmed all the way through.
