Elevate classic mashed potatoes with nutrient-packed spinach for a healthy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 1kg pkt Traditional Style Mashed Potato, frozen
  • 84.98 gm milk, heated
  • 70g grated cheddar, plus 1 tbsp extra to serve
  • 75g baby spinach, trimmed, shredded, plus a small handful of extra leaves to serve
Instructions:
  • Microwave mashed potatoes in a large bowl on high for 3 minutes, stirring well. Continue heating until piping hot, then mix in milk and cheddar until smooth.
  • Gently mix spinach into the mashed potatoes until wilted. Season with pepper, then garnish with fresh spinach leaves and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
