Indulge in a delectable, all-in-one meal featuring chicken, veggies, and gooey cheese topped with crispy potato nuggets.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and cheese-flavored sauce
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 4 cups frozen potato nuggets (from 2-lb bag)
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and cheese sauce in an ungreased 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Microwave uncovered on High for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway, until thawed. Mix thoroughly until cheese sauce is melted.
  • Mix in the chicken and 3 tablespoons of onions into the vegetable-cheese mixture, then sprinkle frozen potato nuggets on top.
  • Bake without covering for 40-45 minutes until bubbly at the edges and the potato nuggets are golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and the last tablespoon of onion. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
