- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lb cooked ground sausage
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (2 cups)

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- Whisk together eggs, water, and milk until fluffy in a medium bowl. Gently fold in sausage and cheese.
- Spread the egg mixture evenly in the baking dish and sprinkle the frozen potatoes on top.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until the center is firm. Serve hot.
