Delicious and easy green bean casserole with creamy soup, seasoned ground beef and pork topped with crispy tater tots.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots, thawed
Instructions:
  • Cook the onion in a large skillet until soft, then add the beef and sausage and cook until browned; drain and set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Evenly layer the soup and beans in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Gently pour the meat mixture on top, then sprinkle tater tots over it and season with salt to your liking.
  • Cook the casserole in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-45 minutes until fully cooked.
