Cheesy ground beef and tater tot casserole with creamy sauce - a comforting and delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-sized potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and discard any excess grease.
  • Combine evaporated milk and condensed soups in a large bowl while the beef is cooking. Set aside.
  • Place the drained beef in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Evenly distribute the corn on top of the beef. Layer the potato nuggets over the corn. Pour the milk-soup mixture over the potato nuggets.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake until potatoes are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 15 more minutes. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
