Savory Tater Tot casserole loaded with crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and melted Cheddar cheese - perfect for festive feasting!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 12 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Prep ingredients, then preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy and browned all over, about 5 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  • Arrange crispy bacon at the base of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer potato nuggets over the bacon evenly.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined; then pour over the layer of potato nuggets.
  • Sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven until beautifully melted and hot in the center, approximately 1 hour.
  • Serve the dish piping hot and savor every delicious bite!
