Cherry and cream cheese frozen delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups pitted, chopped fresh cherries
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add lemon juice and yogurt gradually, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in cherries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Transfer the mixture into an ice cream freezer following the manufacturer's directions. For a more solid texture, store the frozen yogurt in a sealed container and freeze for a few hours.
