Whip up a simple and delicious cherry cobbler with a flaky crust in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
Instructions:
  • Spread the pie filling evenly in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place the dish in a cold oven and then set the temperature to 400°F. Allow the oven to preheat for 10 minutes before removing the casserole dish.
  • As the pie filling heats up, mix the rest of the ingredients until a soft dough forms. Spoon 6 dollops onto the warm pie filling. Add extra sugar for a sweet touch, if desired.
  • Bake until the topping turns light brown, for about 18 to 20 minutes.
