Indulge in a nostalgic holiday treat by mixing cherry baking chips, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chunky peanut butter to create cherry mash.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.25 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1.25 cups cherry baking chips
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup chunky peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Thoroughly coat a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray for effortless removal of your dish.
  • Combine sugar, marshmallows, milk, butter, and salt in a large saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until the mixture reaches 240 degrees F (115 degrees C), about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Stir until melted.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan and allow it to cool until it sets.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, for 1 to 3 minutes. Pour the mixture over the cherries and spread evenly. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
