Ingredients:
  • 20 Morello Cherries in Syrup, plus 60ml syrup from jar
  • 90ml bourbon whiskey
  • 60ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 375.00 ml Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Combine 7 cherries, 30ml cherry syrup, 45ml whiskey, 30ml lemon juice, 2 tsp sugar syrup, half of the egg white, and half of the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until well chilled, then strain into a serving glass. Enjoy!
  • Add an additional 7 cherries to the mixture, ensuring you have 6 cherries remaining, then proceed with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Skewer 3 cherries on each of 2 small skewers and elegantly place them on top of each glass before serving.
