Cherry-Chocolate Crumble Pie

Easy-to-make cherry pie with chocolate chip & oats streusel topping. Delicious & perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups frozen DOLE® Dark Sweet Cherries (from two 12-oz packages)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 crust from 1 package (12 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and place a cookie sheet inside.
  • Mix Filling ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined, then spread evenly into the frozen pie crust.
  • Combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl and use a fork to mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the filling.
  • Bake the dish on a cookie sheet for 50 to 55 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. For the final 20 minutes, protect the crust edges by covering them with foil to avoid over-browning. Allow it to cool completely for about 3 hours before serving.
