Cherry Cornflake Cookie Mold
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.125 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped raisins
  • 0.33333298563957 cup finely chopped candied cherries
  • 1.3333300352097 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
  • 20 candied cherries, quartered
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then set the mixture aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs thoroughly. Stir in milk and vanilla, then gently fold in the flour mixture until combined. Finally, mix in nuts, raisins, and chopped cherries.
  • Form the dough into balls using a level tablespoon. Coat the balls in crushed cornflakes and arrange them two inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Garnish each ball with a quarter of a cherry on top.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool right away.
