Irresistible Muddy Buddies: Chex cereal mixed with chocolate, peanut butter, and sugar. A simple no-bake treat for snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
  • 3 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Mix all cereals together in a large bowl and let sit.
  • Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed. Stir in vanilla.
  • Drizzle the rich chocolate mixture onto the cereal, mixing until every piece is thoroughly coated. Place the delectable concoction into a large 2-gallon resealable plastic bag for easy storage.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar into the bag, seal it, and shake until fully coated. Spread the cereal evenly on waxed paper to cool.
