  • 2 small pitta bread, halved
  • 39.60 gm mayonnaise
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves (see variation)
  • 4 slices tasty cheese
  • 100g packet Lite Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
  • Evenly coat each pitta bread with mayonnaise.
  • Evenly distribute all remaining ingredients into each pocket.
  • Wrap the food in plastic wrap and pack it in a lunch box alongside some fruit, a drink, and a muesli bar or another treat.
