Quick and easy creamy chicken and biscuits: a decadent meal ready in 30 minutes using Bisquick™ mix, frozen veggies, and jarred alfredo sauce. Perfect for busy nights and delicious leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 container (10 oz) refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix Bisquick and milk in a medium bowl until dough forms. Place 6 spoonfuls of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken with thyme and pepper until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients and stir well. Lower the heat to medium, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Split the biscuits and serve the chicken mixture over them.
