Make delicious chicken wraps for the lunch-boxes - the kids will love them!
Ingredients:
  • 125g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 125g can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce (optional)
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 sheets wholemeal lavash bread
  • 375.00 ml shredded barbecued chicken (see note)
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Mix together the tomatoes, corn, onion, and optional sauce in a bowl.
  • Place 2 lettuce leaves on one side of each lavash sheet. Spread tomato mixture over the lettuce. Add chicken and cheese on top. Roll tightly from one short end to seal the filling inside.
  • Halve each wrap and tie it up with baking paper or string for a beautiful presentation.
