Mouthwatering lean chicken burgers with olive, oregano, and savory feta.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Kalamata-olive tapenade
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.125 tablespoon coarse-ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the chicken, oregano, tapenade, feta cheese, and garlic in a bowl and shape into 4 patties. Season the burgers with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to high heat and gently oil the grate with olive oil.
  • Cook the patties until the bottom is charred for about 5 minutes. Flip the burgers and continue cooking without pressing down with your spatula until they are no longer pink in the middle, around 5 more minutes. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels before serving.
