Create a delicious chicken salad using simple, convenient ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 70g Brand Large Shell Pasta
  • 125.00 ml shredded barbecued chicken
  • 75g antipasto mix (semi-dried tomatoes and chargrilled capsicum strips), drained
  • 20.00 ml shredded basil
  • 40g fresh ricotta, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until it is cooked al dente. Then, cool it down by rinsing under cold water, draining well, and setting it aside to cool.
  • Combine the pasta, chicken, vegetables, basil, and ricotta in a medium bowl, tossing gently until well mixed.
