Serve bite-sized delights with barbecue sauce for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 600g chicken mince
  • 5.00 gm curry powder
  • 2.50 gm mild paprika
  • 4.80 gm chicken salt
  • 90g (1 cup) cornflake crumbs
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken mince, curry powder, paprika, chicken salt, and half of the cornflake crumbs. Shape 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls.
  • Spread the leftover cornflake crumbs on a plate, then roll the meatballs in the crumbs until fully coated.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil. Cook the meatballs in 4 batches, turning occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
