Elevate bland chicken breasts with a flavorful and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1/2 pound)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken in butter for about 15 minutes, flipping once, until the juices run clear when the thickest piece is cut.
  • Combine cornstarch and mustard in a small bowl, then mix in the rest of the ingredients while the chicken is cooking.
  • Transfer the succulent chicken to a beautiful serving plate, covering it to ensure it stays warm and remains full of flavor. Dispose of any excess juices in the skillet.
  • Pour the orange mixture into a skillet and heat over medium heat until boiling. Stir constantly and boil for about 1 minute until the glaze thickens. Finally, pour the glaze over the chicken.
