Elevate chicken with zesty orange glaze using marmalade, mustard, juice, and soy sauce for a burst of citrusy goodness!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In an 8-inch skillet or 3-quart saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken in the melted butter for about 15 minutes, turning it once, until the juices run clear when the thickest part is cut.
  • Combine cornstarch and mustard in a small bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Transfer the succulent chicken to a beautiful serving plate to keep it warm while enhancing its flavors. Next, elegantly discard any excess juices lingering in the skillet.
  • Pour the orange mixture into a skillet and heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir for about 1 minute until the glaze thickens. Then, pour the glaze over the chicken.
