Quick and flavorful curry chicken Divan made with convenient canned ingredients and condensed soup for a speedy twist on the classic recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2.5 cups cooked chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken meat
  • 2 (4.5 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine condensed soup, mayonnaise, melted butter, lemon juice, and curry powder in a bowl, creating a flavorful and creamy mixture.
  • Spread a layer of broccoli on the bottom of the casserole dish. Arrange chicken on top of the broccoli, followed by mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is a beautiful golden brown, about 30-45 minutes in the preheated oven.
