Elevate your Sunday with flavorful drumsticks - perfect for freezing, but unlikely to have leftovers!
Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 200g green olives, drained
  • 2 large lemons
  • 165.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • roasted chat potatoes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Grease a roasting pan and lay the drumsticks in a single layer. Sprinkle with olives and tuck lemon wedges between drumsticks.
  • Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon. Mix 1/4 cup of lemon juice, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a jug. Drizzle the mixture over the drumsticks.
  • Roast drumsticks for 45-50 minutes until golden and juicy. Pair with tender potatoes for a delightful meal.
