Winner winner chicken dinner! Quick and easy baked chicken pasta for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 1.4kg Australian Chicken Drumsticks with Tuscan Style Herbs & Garlic*
  • 375g farfalle pasta
  • 2 x 280g jars Chargrilled Vegetables
  • 120g pkt Baby Rocket
  • 75g olive
Instructions:
  • Prepare the chicken according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Cook the pasta in a generously sized saucepan of vigorously boiling water following the instructions on the packet until it is al dente. Once cooked, refresh the pasta under cold water, drain it thoroughly, and transfer it into a spacious bowl.
  • After draining the vegetables, set aside ¼ cup (60ml) of the oil. Slice the vegetables thinly and combine them with the pasta, rocket, olives, and the reserved oil in a bowl. Season with your favorite spices, toss everything together, and serve with the chicken.
