Elegant dish of Parmesan, lemon, and butter for a light and sophisticated twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Brown chicken in skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Add remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice (add extra to taste if desired) once chicken is browned.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove the chicken and stir in the cheese until it forms a creamy sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
