Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces

  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill piping hot and give the grate a light coat of oil.
  • Skewer pieces of chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and red bell pepper in an alternating pattern on the skewers.
  • Grill skewers, basting with BBQ sauce, until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
