Grill chicken skewers, serve with tomato salad, perfect for game day gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 8 bought chicken kebabs
  • 2 pieces Lebanese bread, quartered
  • Olive oil, to brush
  • 250g (1 punnet) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, halved, chopped
  • 1 x 200g pkt feta cheese (Clover Creek brand), crumbled
  • 40.00 ml shredded fresh basil
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) balsamic dressing (Paul Newman's Own brand)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Heat your chargrill or barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for 8 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are nicely browned and cooked through. Transfer them to a plate and lightly cover with foil to keep them warm.
  • Drizzle the bread with oil and grill for 1 minute on both sides until crispy. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, onion, feta, and basil. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy the flavorful kebabs alongside a refreshing tomato and feta salad and warm bread.
