Irresistible crispy-bottomed, soft-topped wonton dumplings - a must-try delicacy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion (4 medium)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 package (10 ounces) round wonton skins
  • 2 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients except for wonton skins, broth, and soy sauce.
  • Brush each delicate wonton skin with a moistened touch. Add a generous spoonful of chicken mixture to the center. Create 5 elegant pleats along one half of the circle. Gently fold the circle in half, pressing the pleated edge to the smooth edge. Repeat with the rest of the skins and chicken mixture.
  • Prepare a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray and warm it over medium heat. Cook 12 pot stickers at a time until they are light brown, which should take about 3 minutes. Turn the pot stickers over. Pour in 1/2 cup of broth and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for another minute until the liquid has evaporated. Repeat the process with the remaining pot stickers, broth, and soy sauce. Enjoy your delicious pot stickers!
