Ranch and Dijon mustard chicken over angel hair pasta - a delicious and speedy main course.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - trimmed and pounded thin
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry white wine
  • 10 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Bring lightly salted water to a gentle boil and reduce heat to medium-low; maintain a low boil while you proceed with the rest of the recipe.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, approximately 8 minutes per side. Rest chicken on a platter, tent loosely with foil, and keep cozy.
  • Combine ranch dressing and Dijon mustard in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour white wine into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits. Then, add the ranch dressing mixture to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer the sauce.
  • Boil angel hair pasta until al dente, about 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and gently mix with ranch sauce.
  • Plate the pasta evenly onto 4 serving plates. Place a chicken breast on top of each portion. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the chicken breasts and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
