Treat Mom on her day with simple and flavorful chicken sage skewers!
Ingredients:
  • 550g chicken tenderloin
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 20.00 ml baby capers, chopped
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • On a chopping board, adorn each chicken piece with a sage leaf. Skewer the chicken and transfer to a baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper, then spray with oil.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Sprinkle with capers and lemon juice, then warm for an additional minute. Serve hot.
