Delicious satay chicken wraps, the ultimate game-day snack.
Ingredients:
  • 195.00 gm smooth peanut butter
  • 90.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 5.30 gm soy sauce
  • 4 sheets lavash bread
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 750.00 ml shredded cooked chicken (see note)
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions:
  • Combine the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl, stirring until fully mixed.
  • Place 1 lavash bread on a board with the short end closest to you. Spread with a delicious peanut butter mixture. Top with one-quarter of the capsicum, chicken, and lettuce. Roll it up tightly to seal in the fillings. Repeat the process with the remaining lavash, peanut butter mixture, capsicum, chicken, and lettuce.
  • Cut each wrap into 4 bite-sized pieces and secure each piece with a toothpick before serving.
