Kid-friendly chicken sliders with hidden veggies and soft brioche buns.
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice plain white bread
  • 64.38 gm milk
  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 250.00 ml zucchini, coarsely grated
  • 40.00 ml fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 Brioche Burger Buns
  • Salt-reduced tomato sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Soak one slice of plain white bread in 1/4 cup of milk until soft. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then gently squeeze out excess milk and tear into small pieces.
  • Mix together ground chicken, coarsely grated zucchini, chopped fresh mint leaves, and bread crumbs. Shape into 10 patties measuring 6cm in diameter.
  • Grease a pan and cook patties over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Take a Coles Bakery Brioche Burger Bun and fill it with a savory patty and a touch of low-sodium tomato sauce.
