Delicious chicken spaghetti casserole using leftover chicken, canned soup, French-fried onions, and frozen broccoli for an easy 10-minute prep!
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil with garlic salt. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes, then drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Once the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add to the pasta.
  • Combine condensed soup, broccoli, Cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, milk, salt, and pepper with the pasta-onion mixture, then transfer everything to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • After preheating the oven, bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Add a generous sprinkle of onions on top and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
