Delicious chicken and spaghetti casserole with vibrant veggies, creamy sauce, and cheesy topping for a crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken meat
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup chopped pimento peppers
  • 0.25 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for our culinary creation.
  • 1. Boil a pot of well-salted water. Cook spaghetti until al dente, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • After cooking the spaghetti, toss it into a spacious bowl. Combine it with chicken, 1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese, condensed soup, onion, pimentos, bell pepper, wine, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed, then evenly layer the mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Cheddar over the casserole and bake for an additional 15 minutes until melted.
