Creamy chicken spaghetti with Rotel combines tender chicken, tangy tomatoes, and spicy green chiles for a flavorful pasta dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.75 pound processed cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - boiled, cut into bite size pieces
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta before serving.
  • Warm up the soup in a big saucepan over low heat. Toss in the cheese and stir until it's mostly melted.
  • Combine the zesty Rotel tomatoes with green chiles and fresh green onion. Let them mingle and simmer gently over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, making sure to give it a good stir.
  • Combine the spaghetti and mix thoroughly, then fold in the chicken. Heat until warmed and ready to enjoy.
