Satisfy your taste buds with flavorful chicken tikka kebabs bursting with spices.
Ingredients:
  • metal skewers
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon chile flakes
  • 4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, cumin, turmeric, ginger, pepper, chile flakes, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Dice the chicken into small pieces and mix it with the yogurt. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to a medium heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and skewer it. Grill it until fully cooked, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
