Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup light cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
Instructions:
  • In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter until smooth. Whisk in the flour until a smooth paste forms, about 1 minute.
  • Combine chicken broth, milk, and light cream with the butter mixture, whisking until it thickens and comes to a boil in 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in cooked chicken, bring to a boil again, and cook until the chicken is heated through in 5 to 10 minutes.
