Asian-inspired bacon-wrapped chicken bundles marinated in soy, topped with a juicy pineapple chunk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 pound bacon
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 18 fluid ounces teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Wrap each piece with 1/3 slice of bacon, thread onto a toothpick, and top with a pineapple chuck. Marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Arrange the marinated appetizers on parchment-lined baking sheets, then bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the bacon turns golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
