Buffalo-inspired shrimp with zesty garlic, cilantro, and lime.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (1.6 oz) package buffalo wing seasoning mix (such as McCormick® Original Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 4 lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Give the shrimp a quick rinse under cold water and gently pat dry with paper towels. Place the shrimp and seasoning mix in a plastic bag, then shake thoroughly to ensure every piece is perfectly coated.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp when butter starts to sizzle. Sauté shrimp until pink on the outside and opaque in the center, about 4 to 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
  • Take the pan off the stove and mix in the cilantro and lime juice. Top with lime wedges and serve while hot.
