Garlic prawn and spinach pasta

Savor this quick and flavorful garlic shrimp and spinach pasta topped with olive oil and fresh red chili slices.
Ingredients:
  • 375g linguine
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 1kg raw banana prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 200g snow peas, trimmed, halved lengthways
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
Instructions:
  • Boil the linguine in a saucepan of simmering water following the instructions on the packet, or until it is perfectly al dente. Drain thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook prawns, turning, for 3-4 mins until curled and changed in color. Stir in snow peas and garlic, cook for 2-3 mins until tender. Finally, add spring onion and spinach, cook for 2 more mins until spinach wilts.
  • Toss the linguine in the pan until heated through, season, and serve in individual bowls.
