Layered Beef Frank Casserole with Chili, Beans, Tortillas, and Melty Cheddar Cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans chili with beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) package beef frankfurters
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1 can of chili and beans. Wrap franks in tortillas and arrange them in the dish, seam side down, on top of the chili and bean layer. Pour the remaining can of chili and beans over the tortillas, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Wrap the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at a high heat of 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes.
