Savor a comforting skillet meal featuring beef steak, corn, and flavorful Old El Paso® green chiles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into serving-sized pieces
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup taco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 12-inch nonstick skillet by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray and heating over high heat until hot. Add the beef to the skillet and sprinkle it with seasoned salt, cooking until browned on both sides.
  • Combine tomatoes, chiles, taco sauce, chili powder, and cumin in the pot. Stir well to blend the flavors. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until the beef is tender, stirring and flipping it occasionally.
  • Add the corn and onions to the mixture. Cover and cook for an extra 8 to 10 minutes until the corn is tender.
