Cheesy sweet potato chili fries: 30-minute, easy and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (20 oz) frozen julienne-cut sweet potato fries
  • Butter-flavor cooking spray
  • 1 can (15 oz) vegetarian chili with beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread fries in a single layer on a 15x10x1-inch pan and coat them with cooking spray. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until crispy.
  • Warm the chili in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until it is heated through.
  • Transfer the golden fries onto a platter or separate plates. Drizzle the flavorful chili over the crispy fries, and then generously sprinkle with cheese and onions. Serve without delay to savor the delicious combination.
