Spice up pork with zesty chili-lime rub.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the contact grill for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine all seasoning ingredients. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the pork chops on the bottom grill surface and close the lid. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the pork is no longer pink in the center. For added flavor, scatter chopped fresh cilantro over the pork and serve with lime wedges.
