Try these delicious citrus-infused country-style pork ribs for a hearty dinner tonight!
Ingredients:
  • 3 to 4 pounds pork boneless country-style ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Prepare a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan and lay the ribs in it. Season both sides of the ribs with salt, marjoram, and pepper. Cover the pan securely with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
  • While the ribs are baking, combine chili sauce, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until flavors are blended. Add chives and brush the sauce over the ribs.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then brush again with sauce. Continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the ribs are nicely glazed. Serve with the remaining sauce.
