Spicy chili roasted kale crisped to perfection with olive oil, a savory side dish ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups kale, washed and stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat kale with olive oil, ensuring it's evenly covered. Sprinkle chili powder and kosher salt, then mix well. Spread the seasoned kale on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Stir kale and roast until edges turn brown and slightly crispy, for 5 to 8 more minutes.
